Hi! I'm Herb Poole. There is much that I could share about myself. But, obviously, you're here in regards to finding a Real Estate Agent to assist you and determine if I'm the man for the job. Fair enough!

Integrity and honesty are two of the most important virtues that have helped to guide my life and convictions by which I try to live. So, I will start by letting you know that I am a recently licensed Real Estate Agent. However, I am not completely new to real estate and how things work. How is that? Well, I'm so glad you asked!

My wife, Jeneen Poole, has been a Real Estate Agent for over 10 years. During that time I've had the opportunity to hear about and witness various transactions that she's navigated over the years. And believe me, she's handled some challenging situations. Throughout this time I've had a front row seat to how best confront and address various circumstances. But, best of all, I have the privilege and advantage of working alongside her as I handle each transaction and gain invaluable experience, mentoring and oversight.

You will also have the benefit of my experience as a software developer for more than 25 years. How does that translate when it comes to helping you? While working to address various complex business needs I've had to learn to think outside the box. I've also found ways to utilize technology to help streamline processes. My attention to detail and analytical mind will be valuable assets employed on your behalf. Another key factor that I need to highlight is my customer service skills, as I've worked with countless clients and end users, assisting them in working through various technical issues.

Having experienced the disappointments, challenges and realization of being a first-time home buyer, I am able to empathize with those seeking to embrace and live the American dream of home ownership. I'm passionate about helping you get across the finish line.
